ZooTampa memberships expire on the last day of the month, 12 months after the date of purchase or renewal. For example, if you purchase your membership during the month of March, it will expire on March 31^st of the following year.

Yes — ZooTampa at Lowry Park participates in AZA's Reciprocal Admissions Program with more than 150 other zoos and aquariums throughout North America. Extra fees or benefits, such as parking, special events, etc. are not included.

Yes, this can be done at our front entrance gate. You will pay the price of the membership minus the cost of the Pay for a Day ticket.

Your Dual Pass is valid until the date of expiration. Once the pass expires, you have four options to renew, a pair pass for a $30 discount, a trio pass for a $35 discount, a quad pass for a $40 discount, or into a family pass for a $50 discount.

There are two great options for a previous dual membership owner. The pair membership will allow unlimited admission for one member and one free guest with every visit. The trio membership will allow unlimited admission for two members and 1 free guest with every visit.

The new ZooTampa family membership provides admission to 4 members and 2 guests with every visit. Additional memberships can be purchased on the family membership for an additional $50 each.

Once names have been added to a membership, they cannot be changed.

To receive your membership card, present your temporary pass (which was emailed to you following your online purchase) along with a photo ID at a Guest Service/ Membership ticket window located at the front of the Zoo.

If you have lost your membership card, you can get a replacement at the Guest Services/ Membership window with a driver’s license or other state-issued ID.

Annual membership holders can bring one free guest with each visit to the zoo. The membership owner is required to be present for the free guest to gain admission. Only one free guest is allowed per membership.

The primary member must be 18 years old or older. Children can be listed as additional members.
