Endangered Species Day Scavenger Hunt

Saturday, May 21st, 9:30am-3:00pm*

Join us as we celebrate Endangered Species Day with an exciting Zoo-wide scavenger hunt! From 9:30am-1:00pm, be sure to visit 7 marked animal habitats. At each stop, learn how you can become a responsible consumer to help us protect wildlife! Then, take a fun photo and find the hidden letter. Once you've collected all 7 letters, return to the Manatee Circle near the front gate to unscramble the code phrase and collect your prize (while supplies last). There you can also make a pledge to show how YOU will help us protect wildlife and wild places. There will be stations in the following locations:
  • Manatee Circle (home base)
  • Indian Rhino
  • Gharial
  • Manatee Critical Care Center (found across from Alligator habitat)
  • Okapi
  • Florida Panther
  • Koala
  • Orangutan
