Members & Pay For A Day, Rest of Year Free ticket holders “PFAD”:

Our Christmas in the Wild event celebrates the holiday season in an open-air environment with enhanced health, safety measures. In order to offer a magical and safe event, capacity is limited and reservations are required.

There is a $5 reservation fee for Members and Pay for a Day ticket holders, which is returned in the form of a voucher that can be used for food or merchandise purchases on the evening of the event. This reservation fee helps to ensure that guests honor their reservations and allows us to monitor capacity and allow for walk-up reservations. It has been our experience that free reservations have a no-show rate of about 50%. By instituting a small fee that’s returned upon entry in the form of a voucher, it allows us to bring this wonderful event to as many people as we can, in a safe and efficient manner while removing any uncertainty of entry for our valued Members and Pay for a Day ticket holders.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we want to make sure you have the best and safest experience possible.

Member and PFAD Dining/Merchandise Vouchers:

Vouchers are valid only on the date of your CITW reservation and are not valid during daytime hours. Vouchers may not be used for photo purchases, caricatures, face painting, or letter painting.
